Your privacy, in plain words

👨‍👩‍👧 Students under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account before you take the test. Booking mentor sessions also needs their approval. Under-18 students can share results only with their parent or guardian.

📋 What we store

• Your name, email, date of birth, class and city (and your parent's email if you are under 18).
• Your test answers and the career suggestions they produce.
• Mentor bookings and payment records (card details are handled by our payment partner, not stored by us).
• Basic security logs to keep your account safe.

🎯 How we use it

Only to run Udaan for you: to show your results, suggest courses and colleges, arrange mentor sessions and send you important emails. We do not sell your data or show you ads.

🔗 Sharing

Your result is private. It is shared only when you choose to share it, through a link that expires after 30 days and can be turned off at any time.

💳 Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We only keep a record of what was bought.

🗑️ Deleting your data

You (or your parent) can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time. Just email our support team from your registered email address.
